I just re-read your hunters course and I must say that it is great ad-copy. Great job! Hugh I would like to ask you a question. How much is your voice mail service? And because I think your marketing plan will work, what will a beginning investor do when he or she gets people to contact them who want to sell there home and that investor doesn't have the funds to purchase all those properties? What will he or she do? And how will the beginning investor know how to make multiple offers if he or she is just starting to invest? Thanks for sharing your valuable time!
